Cotton Candy Instructions

COTTON CANDY INSTRUCTIONS

Make sure bowl is attached securely to cabinet. All metal latches must be fully clamped down for machine to turn on.

Attach cord to cabinet and plug in.

Flick switch to turn on motor and heater.

                *  wait 3 minutes for unit to heat up.

Use scoop to measure out cotton candy floss.

Cotton candy will immediately start to bellow out. Use a paper cone to collect candy floss as it disperses. A figure 8 pattern works best.

 

COTTON CANDY CLEANING

Run all sugar out of floss head once done using machine.

Flick both switches and unplug machine.

Wait 10-15 minutes for floss head to cool off before cleaning.

Using a damp cloth, wipe the floss head of any residual sugar.

                * do not immerse in water or use soaps or agents

Wipe down sides of bowl and cabinet with damp cloth.
